We cannot guarantee that you will receive any product with precisely the same colour as shown on your monitor.

A lot of our products are hand made therefore, variations are likely from one item to another.

We reserve the right to alter price & specifications (colour, size, packing and designs) without any prior notice.

All items are subject to availability.

2. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time should it not meet our quality standards.

Our sales team will endeavour to contact you should there be such a situation to suggest alternatives in line with what was originally ordered.

3. The price charged will be that as quoted on the site at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Pricing errors may occur from time to time despite our best efforts and constant monitoring as some of the processes are manual.

4. We will endeavour to deliver your order within the delivery times quoted on the site or by email or phone after the order has been placed. Any change will be notified to you by email/phone etc .

5. A delivery charge may be applicable for all orders. The charge if applicable will be quoted to you at the time you place an order by email or phone. Occasionally, if an item is temporarily out of stock, part of your order will be despatched to you, and you will be notified - with the remainder following later.

6. Any offers are subject to product availability.

7. English law governs all contracts formed between Hargun Ltd and customers using this site. All users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Until a customer's full cleared payment has been received for the sale of our products or services, no contract will exist or apply between a customer and Hargun Ltd.
